Healthy Habits That Last
As time passes by, most of us are developing habits, rituals of living, and as we get older, we are more and more disturbed by anybody who might interfere with our daily routine. This routine can be anything, from an exaggerated concern about natural health remedies, or dealing with panic attacks, to the simple morning coffee served at the nearest coffee shop. Everything can turn into a ritual, so I’d say that we need to be careful what incipient stage habits we choose to become our future permanent concerns.
While I agree health is very important for the overall happiness and well being of a person, I disagree with letting fears and anxieties take advantage of you and turn your life into a rat race. Habits need to be healthy in order to be good for us.
