Does The Election Matter ?

28 September, 2008 (19:58) | Uncategorized | By: andres

Who among us think we will better off in 4 years with a new president? Think about it. We had Clinton for 8 , Bush for 8 and what is really different than it was s16 years ago. People are still fussing over the same things they were in 1992, Economy, Health Care and the price of oil. The election really isn’t about who will or can make things better , its about who can gain control. That is what it is really about. Mean while in 4 years no matter who gets elected we will be arguing over the same things we are now. Americans can be so stupid sometimes

How Does Loan Consolidation Work?

If you ever wondered how loan consolidation works, have a look at education loan consolidation. In short, if you struggle to pay back your monthly loan interest rates, it might be time to consolidate.

Consolidation is nothing else than putting it all together into the one loan. So instead of paying for several loans like a student loan, an car loan and a home loan you can have one convenient loan to bridge that gap and make life easier for you.

Loans can be a huge pressure on you. I know this because when I studied I needed a student loan approved to get into university. It wasn’t easy in those early days, but luckily I found a consolidation loan through a friend.

Thanks to him I was able to roll all my debts into the one account and managed to save money too.

If you currently struggle with financial pressure, use a consolidated loan to get back on track. Talk to a loan officer to understand your options.

Credit Ratings and Divorce

One of the hardest parts after a divorce is finalized is getting started on your own.  I found out the hard way that if you don’t have any credit on your own, good luck getting an apartment or credit card or much of a life.

You see, my ex-husband took care of our finances and I was pretty much left out in the dark.  I didn’t know much other than the occasional how are we doing.  I was pretty good with math and our money, I just didn’t know that much about where we stood.

Well, after our divorce I was in need of an apartment and some car repairs and I tried to get a credit card on my own.  Being married for 23 years with nothing in my name on its own hurt me.  The mortgage was in his name, car loans, his name, etc.

There are some good tips on how to rebuild your credit after a divorce that I found.  I hope they help you like they did me after my divorce!
